*Surgical Services Director**Inspira**Vineland, NJ*The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking a full-time *Surgical Services Director *to join our team in Vineland, NJ. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and directing the administrative, financial and clinical operations of the Surgical Services and Endoscopy Center operations.*Responsibilities:*· Develop and implement goals and operational objectives for assigned units and implement procedures to achieve established goals and complete objectives, ensuring new and current programs are evaluated for success· Collaborate with peers, practice providers, surgeons and leadership at all levels to achieve strategic and operational goals related to optimization of patient care· Develop an operational and capital budget for the designated unit· Oversee the Surgical Services management team to ensure initiatives and goals are successful from a global perspective· Provide staff with feedback to ensure information accuracy, patient care quality and adherence to organizational policies, procedures and standards· Identify opportunities to enhance clinical outcomes and increase patient safety*Qualifications*:· MSN required· Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Jersey;· Certification in area of specialty preferred· 5+ years of experience with a preference for Operating Room nursing experience· Previous management experience preferred*Find your inspiration.*Team players, leaders, innovators, nurturers, educators, advocates, people with character—these are the people we hire at Inspira.
