Job Description:

Provides observation, evaluation, hands-on skilled nursing care, and teaching activities under a physician's Plan of Care to meet the physical and psycho-social needs of home care patients. Assists the Registered Nurse (RN) in the development and on- LPN, Health, Home, Practical Nurse, Behavioral Health, Healthcare
