Works with community volunteers and volunteer groups to facilitate the recruitment and placement of volunteers and to maintain positive community relationships for the maintenance of an on-going volunteer program for the District ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Volunteer, Coordinator, Administrative, Staff, Program
