Job Description:

Directing the preparation and ordering of all foods for the main kitchen. Ensures that all foods are of the highest quality and that all operations are efficient and effective. Coordinates with front of the house operations to ensure coordination of Sous Chef, Kitchen, Executive Chef, Operations, Chef, Restaurant
