Position Review: Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.The IT Implementation Field Service Technician will be responsible for the completion of operational tasks to implement changes at operating companies, aligning their IT infrastructure and systems with that of our customer. This position will work directly with local, regional, and corporate resources to align with our customer's processes and strategies. Responsible for resolving implementation and post-implementation project issues. DTD RESPONSIBILITIES:and maintain an advanced understanding of our customer's use of technologyexperience with PC deployments. Networking and hardware support experience is a mustexpert technical skills and knowledge in the support troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, and software across our customerwith IT associates and business partners to identify opportunities and adjust IT services accordinglywith implementation of new ERP through expertise in various technical areasPC and Peripheral refresh at remote locationsin the coordination and execution IP and Domain conversionsadvanced working technology knowledgeIT management and senior IT technical staff in developing departmental service guidelines and operating proceduresconsistent and professional customer service and communication with end users and IT associates.timely status as needed to end users and fellow IT associates when working to resolve an incidentbe a with the knowledge and experience to "get things done"in special projects or stretch assignments as required; execute projects to improve systems and operationstechnical assistance, guidance, and leadership to analysts and IT associateswith vendors to develop quotes, gain approvals, and facilitate ordering of equipment, software, solutions, and consulting services given documented needs, policies, and best practices.with colleagues to identify and remediate issueswork processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations.duties as assigned by ManagementREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Required education - Degree in IT Management, Computer Science, other related field, or equivalent experienceAny degree is preferred, but not required.Required experience - Ideally, 2 years of desktop implementation supportWIN OS | O365 | PC Rollouts | Printers | Basic Networking (Routers, Switches, Wiring) Roles will require up to 90% travel, where feasibleindependently with little day to day supervisionto support simultaneous efforts, in a multifaceted, fast-paced, nationwide organization experiencing rapid growthto work across time zones and geographiespresentation and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communicationsweekend work if projects or assignments necessitate activity when workers are out of the officeMay have to work off-hours if there are critical problems requiring IT interventionPhysical demands include standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time and bending, stooping, and maneuvering to locations of wires, computers, or network equipment and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds
