Loan IQ Tech LeadLocation: Fully RemoteDuration: 12 Months+Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityJob Description:The Loan IQ Tech Lead will join the Commercial Delivery team and be part of ongoing delivery initiatives to onboard clients to the Loan IQ platform. This role partners extensively with the application vendor while leading the Key technical team to successfully solution for business process needs and improvements on large and complex implementation initiatives spanning across multiple business units.Strong technical expert with the ability to lead a technical team; assigns work, mentors, and trains junior engineers.Own and influence the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more environments, applications, or platforms.Independently develops clean, maintainable, testable code for work assigned; performs code reviews for all levels of engineers.Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.Advocates for improvements.Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleaguesStrong interpersonal communication skillsApplies, and prepares to ensure, proper security standards for code development.Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing codeIdentifies and develops potential standards and best practices.Proposes high-level application platform architectural guidelinesFormulates and designs technical solutions to meet business needsStrong implementation coordination and communication skillsRequired Qualifications: -8+ Yrs. in IT including experience and familiarity with a broad array of technology tools supporting large Broad experience with multiple technology platforms and products and complex implementations- Strong understanding of Java programming language and data structures- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details and ability to work independently- Experience with git version control- Strong knowledge on writing and analyzing complex SQL queries.- Ability to provide solution on complex commercial lending problemLoan IQ experience preferred· 3-5 Years' experience on LoanIQ APIs and Application knowledge· Understanding of LoanIQ workflows , rules and Data model· Commercial Lending industry background· Ability to work in a team and help in team's expansion· Ability to speak the language of business community and communicate well with business stakeholders· Understanding of code migration tools (GIT, JIRA )· Strong understanding of LoanIQ architecture and APIs and SDK· LoanIQ - Installation and Upgrade, Batch Net and Batch Configuration· Experience working in large scale technology delivery initiatives· Experience on Apache Tomcat· Core Java ExperienceOptional Qualification ·Experience with GCP , containerization· Familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools· Knowledge of testing framework· Xquery Language on LoanIQ· LoanIQ Data Conversion Tool ( DCT )Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
