Do you have 10+ years of Software Engineering experience, prefer to stay hands-on, and work as an Individual Contributor?Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Your title will be Director, Head of Software Engineering, at one of the world's top Venture Capital firms, a pioneer in industry giants like Nvidia, Uber, and Alibaba.You'll work directly with the CTO, building and architecting internal systems and applications that provide clear insights into their diverse portfolio, enabling investors to gauge the value of their stakes in real-time.Whether it's spotting trends or tracking performance, your work will directly influence strategic decisions at the highest level. You'll operate as an Individual Contributor and immediately contribute to coding and architecture.Of course, you'll work cross-functionally and collaborate with many different departments, but you won't have a team to manage.Ideally, you'll have a "˜Generalist Mindset' and know a lot about a variety of different technologies. A strong background in developing systems and applications from scratch is preferred, and expertise in Python, .NET technologies, and databases would be a huge plus.The VC knows the future is AI and is proud to be one of the largest capital providers to entrepreneurs in the AI space.
