Job description:Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.DRG is seeking a Field IT Coach to join our growing team!Starting Salary $70,000-$85,000 per year!Diversified Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Field IT Coach to manage and improve the performance of our Field IT support teams across multiple markets. This role is critical for maintaining seamless technology operations, which are vital to enhancing both customer and employee satisfaction and supporting our fast-paced business environment.About Us:Diversified Restaurant Group is a people first company! Create and maintain educational programs to continuously advance team capabilities.· Standardization of Practices: Implement, monitor, and refine standardized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure uniform IT support across all locations. Periodically update SLAs to keep pace with business and technology developments.· Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance to meet service and contractual standards.· IT Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Field IT, ensuring all systems and networks function reliably and efficiently.· Project Management: Lead IT projects, from system implementations to upgrades, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and budget.· Compliance and Security: Maintain compliance with industry standards and organizational policies, strengthening data security measures and addressing security incidents swiftly.· Budget Management: Manage the Field IT budget, develop life cycles, and ensure alignment with the broader financial goals of the organization.· Technological Advancement: Evaluate and deploy new technologies and systems that enhance the IT infrastructure and support business objectives.· Policy and Process Development: Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and processes that enhance operational efficiency and productivity.· Compliance and Security: Ensure all field IT practices adhere to industry standards and organizational policies. Strengthen data security protocols and address security incidents promptly.
