Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.As a Level 3 data center technician, your responsibilities would include: 1. **Infrastructure Management**: Overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of data center infrastructure including servers, networking equipment, and storage systems. 2. **Technical Support**: Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for escalated issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity within the data center environment. 3. **Security**: Ensuring the security and integrity of data center systems and data by implementing and enforcing security measures, such as access controls, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems. 4. **Monitoring and Reporting**: Monitoring system performance, capacity, and availability, and generating reports to identify and address potential issues or areas for improvement. 5. **Incident Response**: Responding to and resolving critical incidents and outages in a timely manner, including participation in on-call rotations. 6. **Documentation**: Maintaining accurate documentation of data center configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity of operations. 7. **Vendor Management**: Coordinating with vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, and maintenance of data center equipment and services. 8. **Project Participation**: Collaborating with cross-functional teams on data center projects, such as hardware upgrades, migrations, and expansions. 9. **Compliance**: Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to data center operations, security, and environmental requirements. 10. **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively identifying opportunities to improve data center efficiency, reliability, and performance through automation, process optimization, and technology advancements.
