About the jobIf you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Job Summary (Purpose of Job):CRM Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving customer relationship management systems to meet Client's needs.This includes understanding the business requirements, creating a detailed design, and overseeing the implementation of the system.CRM Solution Architect will also ensure the system is scalable and secure. He/she will work closely with other team members, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure the system meets the business needs and is delivered on time and within budget.CRM Solution Architect will have a strong understanding of CRM systems, including their design, implementation, and integration with other systems. He/she will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work in a team, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:Primary Job Responsibilities: Work with department managers to analyze business requirements, define functional specifications, and consult with departments on strategic and operational uses of the CRM platformDevelop high-level project work plans and manage budgets and scope of workDevelop robust architecture design and functionalityDesign integration solutions for backend services and F&0Identify process improvements to meet system/business requirements with and without the development of custom codesDevelop data conversion and testing strategies as requiredDevelop and execute the training plan for key stakeholders on the usage and administration of CRMRESPONSIBLE FOR:Key Skills / CharacteristicsRequires a good understanding of the distribution business and dealer operationsAbility to work and produce required results without close supervision.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Good work ethic and self-starting attitude, and ability to work well among a team of professionals.Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines.Experience in Agile development experience.Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, interpersonal and teamwork skills;Sensitive to working in a multicultural environment.Change management skillsKey KPIsProjects on budget and on-time completionROIImproved customer engagements by departments through CRMResolved tickets and response time related to the areaFORUMS (NETWORK OF INTERACTION)External: Suppliers, ContractorsInternal: All functional areas in the companyREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEEducation/Professional Qualifications Required for the Position:Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred in information systems, computer science, business-related field or equivalent with 10+ years of IT experience 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CM or other platforms5+ years of implementation experience in medium to large scale (100+ users) environmentExtensive experience in Dataverse and Power Platform
