Kelly Engineering is recruiting for a Controls Engineer for our growing client in Macon, GA. This client is doubling their production and need to add to the team! As a Controls Engineers you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our manufacturing processes across multiple production lines.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.Responsibilities:Provide technical support for manufacturing operations, focusing on controls systems and automation.Utilize project management software for project planning and resource management.Design, implement, and maintain HMI, servo, and programming systems.Manage MES and PLC-based hardware/software, with experience in various systems.Demonstrate proficiency in industrial controls, process controls, and robotics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Develop and implement programming solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.Utilize MES for data analysis and process optimization.Work closely with automation products, specializing in motion control, servo, and vision systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 4 years' experience in high-speed manufacturing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.Proficiency in project management software.Strong technical knowledge of controls systems and automation.Experience with HMI, servo, and programming systems.Familiarity with MES and PLC-based hardware/software.Demonstrated experience in industrial controls, process controls, and robotics.Experience with MES systems.Expertise in automation products, including motion control, servo, and vision systems.
