This is an on-site position but we required candidates to be based in Medford, Oregon with our C-Suites as this is a very important role in our company.If you want to know about the requirements for this role, read on for all the relevant information.Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process in collaboration with Finance team, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and key members of the product teamReport on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviewsAnalyze financial data and create financial models for decision supportAnalyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvementsLeading Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamliningIdentify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboardsImplementation of various automation tools with respect to financial planning and analysisEnsuring the monthly financial reporting calendar is adhered to without any delaysIncreasing productivity by developing automated applications for financial reporting and forecasting; eliminating duplicates; coordinating information requirementsPrincipal Working Relationships Functional Business Leaders, such as Chief Operating Officer and their direct reports CFO and VP, FinanceRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business finance or analyticsExcellent Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with managementExperiences in the gaming industry and/or BPO businessAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environmentStrong background in analytics and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau,Strong quantitative and analytical competencyStrong financial modeling experienceAdvanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsSuperior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big pictureDemonstrated ability to drive projects across an organizationBenefitsCompetitive Salary and management bonusMedical, Dental, Vision401k with matchingPTO, holidaysWho we are:PTW is a boutique games services company that provides custom solutions worldwide.
