The attributes that we are looking for are:Technical SkillsDemonstrated experience in architecting mechanical and hydraulic systems and controls.Design of aircraft system installations.Cockpit controls, system logic, simple DC electrical circuits.Designing and setting up system bench tests.Calculating system performance and component sizing.Drafting component specifications.Flight test engineering, planning and data acquisition systems.Writing certification reports, including System Safety Assessments.SolidWorks experience.Business Management SkillsProgram scheduling and resource planningBusiness plans and ProposalsProgram cost estimatingSupplier negotiations and managementProfessional presentationsUse of Microsoft Office applications.This person should be self-sufficient, enjoy collaborating and innovating with colleagues, and have knowledge of and respect for technical and aerospace standards.
