RIVANNA is seeking an experienced Clinical Support Engineer to contribute to the rapid growth of our emerging medical device company. You will work with a talented team of professionals as we strive to achieve our mission of elevating global standards of care. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our products and services in the field. This role requires a candidate with strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. This is a hands-on multidisciplinary role in which the right candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, mechanical engineers, product managers, marketing, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful commercial adoption of our breakthrough technologies.All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address customer inquiries and concerns including on-site visits for servicing.Develop customer relationships and directly interact with key customer accounts to ensure high product up-time and satisfaction.Work closely with R&D teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements.Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of our products/services.Create and update documentation, including service reports, manuals, and troubleshooting guides.Collaborate with clients to ensure optimal system performance and address any technical issues.Participate in quality control activities in manufacturing operations primarily during design transfer stages of development.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.Willingness to travel up to 50% to healthcare facilities around the country.Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair electromechanical medical devices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive customer satisfaction and other commercialization metrics.Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of quality.RIVANNA offers the following employee benefits: health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), team/family events, and more.
