Help build a robust security environment embedded into the whole of this financial business.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.With multiple openings in security currently and with heavy backing from C-Level, security has plenty of investment and it's a crucial area for the business as they move through their next phase of growth. Along with this backing and heavy financial support from one of the largest private equity firms in North America, it's a perfect time to build.You'll be coming in to make security the best it can be, working on a range of different projects and working closely with the wider business to secure various aspects of the business. There's no legacy technology here, so most of what you will be doing will be implementing new things and building out the security landscape from scratch.It's an Azure environment, so a lot of your work will be focused on securing Azure. You'll also be using Defender and Cisco Umbrella whilst looking at infrastructure security as a whole, not just in the cloud. Automation is also going to be key here to create as much efficiency as possible.Of course, you'll also play a key role in vulnerability management, you'll be managing the tickets and responses on a day-to-day basis. Incident response will also fall under your remit, working closely with the team on any security incidents and leading the response on some occasions.You'll be joining a financial services business with heavy financial backing who have already achieved a lot of success in the investment world. With founders and senior leaders who have had plenty of success in this arena already, your career will be in good hands. You'll start on a salary up to $175,000 plus a performance related bonus (around $190,000 total compensation), 401(k) plan, along with medical, dental and vison plans, and much more.This is a hybrid work environment, where you could work up to two days a week from home if preferred.Do you want to continue your journey in security?
