This person will act as the primary IT point-of-contact while onsite for up to 12 different clients in the Atlanta area. They will work with users directly to troubleshoot level 1 and 2 issues. They should be comfortable in a healthcare setting and must provide white-glove service to end-users. This person will be responsible for issues with Windows and Linux servers, hardware break/fix, email and OS issues, etc. This person must be comfortable as the primary POC for upwards of 50 users.
