Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Monitoring batch job execution using Redwood's Tidal Automation software.Monitoring RPA bot execution using UiPath's Orchestrator software.Answering questions and providing information and support to customers regarding their batch job and/or RPA bot executions.Proactively monitoring the production environment and notifying the appropriate support staff and customers when problems arise that might adversely impact completion of that day's scheduled jobs.Assisting the Production Control Operations Scheduler and Architect with projects as they may arise (including being part of a rotating after hours on-call schedule).Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Basic/RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.Must be customer oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.A working knowledge of basic PC skills (e.g. email, word processing, spreadsheets)Knowledge of Tidal Automation softwareKnowledge of UiPath's Orchestrator softwareAssociates degree or higher.3+ years' experience within Information Technology.Our client is a leading Oil and Gas Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
