A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Responsibilities:The IT Specialist will:Oversee hardware & related software security and configuration functions to meet business needsAssist in providing critical support for supported mission critical business applicationsPerform analysis and provide primary issue resolution for assigned resources and projectsCoordinate with software vendors when relevantReview and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systemsPeriodically perform data cleansing activities in the applicable databasesDevelop reports, dashboards and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrityTroubleshoot as needed in and out of the office.Site visits when needed to troubleshootSetup desktop, desk phones, cell phones, laptops, iPads as needed for new employeesQualifications:5+ years of experience working in support of facilities maintenance and security businessProven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniquesSolid background in personal computer hardware repair and/or troubleshootingKnowledgeable in computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and networksExperience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11Experience with Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft AzureAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Desktop Apps (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Experience with Active Directory configuration, printer server management, LAN and WAN networks.Knowledge of diagnostic utilities and other research tools for troubleshooting and issue resolutionCustomer service orientedDesired Skills:Experience with Mobile Device Management (VMware Workspace One)Experience with programming languages and/or PowerShellPrior experience of software deployment, management processes, and/or vendor management
