Location: Philadelphia, PAWork Setting: Onsite 100%Hourly Rate: $25 - 30 per hour | Based on experience*Contract-to-Hire OpportunityIf you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.ResponsibilitiesProvide tier 2 and 3 technical support to high-level end users, resolving complex issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction; ensuring timely and effective technical support.Manage and prioritize incoming support requests, addressing escalations and ensuring swift issue resolution.Collaborate with IT leadership to improve help desk processes and implement best practices.QualificationsPossession of an Associate degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.Manufacturing experience highly desired, but not required.Proven deskside/in-person support experience (remote-only roles need not apply).Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.Basic networking knowledge is required.Break/fix experience is critical to success in this role.Comprehensive knowledge of both Windows and MacOS platforms.Direct involvement in imaging, deploying, installing, and configuring computer systems and applications within a large-scale enterprise.Demonstrated dedication to providing exceptional IT support, including the ability to provide "white-glove" service to end-users.Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work towards IT solutions proactively.Effective time-management skills, with a history of setting and achieving realistic deadlines for issue resolution.Worth Authorization Requirements Candidates must be US citizens or permanent Green Card holders.
