Relevant Technologies:AWS, GCP, ELK, Teraform, AWS Lambda,AWS Connect,AWS IVR,AWS LexResponsibilities:Design and Implement AWS architectures and environmentsAssist in building and maintaining cloud-native applicationsLeverage automation tools such as Terraform for operational efficiencyEvaluate and propose AWS and GCP cost optimizationCreate and maintain cloud architecture diagramsDaily administration of AWS and GCP environmentsMaintain best practices and support proceduresExtend and enhance IBC on-prem policy and standards to cloud deploymentsImplement and maintain solutions and technologies that address cyber security issuesQualifications:Expert level experience with AWS and GCPExperience in Amazon Connect with strong experience in designing and implementing IVR solutions using Amazon ConnectExperience in designing and developing Chatbots using Amazon LexExpert in Terraform in creating AWS LambdasExperience in AWS Elasticache and dynamodbExperience in AWS SQS,SNS and SES
