Come, be a part of our exciting journey!Inviting applications for the role of Project Manager - Capital Markets Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (3 days onsite in a week)Seeking an experienced Project Manager with in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and lead projects related to Capital Markets, ensuring timely and successful completion.Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timeline.Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.Coordinate and communicate project progress, status updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.Identify and resolve project issues, ensuring project objectives are met within budget and schedule.Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines.Foster effective teamwork and collaboration among cross-functional teams involved in the project.Conduct regular project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Capital Markets.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the Capital Markets domain.Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products, such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and risk management.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in project management tools and software.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Nice to Have : Experience with SimcorpThe approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000.
