Our client, a leader in clothing apparel and accessories, is actively looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team in Fresno, CA! *This role will be 100% onsite - local candidates only*Please double check you have the right level of experience and qualifications by reading the full overview of this opportunity below.*The shift for this role is Tuesday - Sunday 3 PM - 11:30 PM**This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits!*As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling computing systems and peripheral devices to ensure continuous and effective operation. You will also help determine equipment set up & procedures for running the equipment while serving as a resource for junior technicians.ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd & 3rd level technical support to internal customers' workstations, peripherals, and associated systemsSupport the planning and installation of new end-user systems and upgradesInterface with all levels of IT managementProvide end-user technical guidance across various functionsDesired Skills3+ years of Technical Support experience in an Enterprise environmentExperience troubleshooting various Operating Systems: OS X, Linux, Microsoft Windows, and NT Operating SystemsExtensive hardware troubleshooting skills: PC, MAC, Symbol Mobile Devices, Thermal label printers, HP/Dell/Ricoh/Xerox laser printers, Cisco IP networks, and WirelessCompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications are a plusMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
