TH Daniels is currently partnering with a food ingredients provider who are looking for a seasoned Quality Manager. Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.We are looking for someone who has experience within leading diverse teams within quality assurance and food safety to come on board to continue to bolster the leadership team across the Americas. ResponsibilitiesYou will manage and lead all quality, safety and regulatory affairs for the organisations operations across the Americas. Lead internal and external policy discussions related to improving quality standards within plant based protein.Working with the wider Operations and Manufacturing functions to coordinate cohesive QA and FS standards.Take lead on all FDA / USDA matters. QualificationsYou must have experience within the food and beverage industry, working in a manufacturing and quality environment. You must have a proven track record of leading teams of QA and Food Safety personnel.A Engineering, Food Safety or Food Science background will be considered a plus, not a necessity.Must have experience and in depth knowledge of FDA / USDA policies and regulations including audits and compliance.
