The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing integration solutions that meet the complex needs of our organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in integration technologies and a deep understanding of business requirements to ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.Responsibilities:Must have:1. Integration Solution Design: Design end-to-end integration solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. This includes selecting appropriate integration patterns, technologies, and platforms to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.2. Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document integration requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications and integration design documents.3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the integration development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to integration best practices, standards, and architectural principles.4. Integration Development: Hands-on development of integration solutions using industry-standard integration technologies such as ESBs (Enterprise Service Buses), APIs (Application Programming Interfaces), message brokers, and middleware platforms.5. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging integration technologies, trends, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize existing integration processes and enhance system performance.6. Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), etc.7. Proficiency in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or similar.8. Solid business analysis skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.9. Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.Nice to have1. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of integration solutions. Work closely with QA teams to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.2. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation including design specifications, technical diagrams, and user guides. Conduct knowledge sharing sessions to transfer expertise to other team members.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.• Proven experience (5+ years) as an Integration Architect or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing complex integration solutions.• Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), etc.• Proficiency in integration platforms such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus, or similar.• Solid business analysis skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong leadership and collaboration abilities with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.• Relevant certifications are a plus.
