The organization is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Engineer to support its Manhattan location.Your new roleThe job duties of the Maintenance Engineer will include, among others:Oversight of maintenance activities at a sports complex in ManhattanFacilities Maintenance - HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical systemsOversee safety alarms and systemsSupport for an Olympic-sized pool, in addition to the rest of the sports complexDaily site walk-throughs, hands-on maintenance and repairs of the building and groundsWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:Strong experience with both Facilities maintenance and engineeringQ01/Q99 Refrigeration LicenseShift required: Sat and Sun 1pm - 9pm; Mon, Tues, and Fri 3pm - 11pmFDNY S-95, S-12, and S-13 certifications (or obtain within 90 days after hire)CPO Certified Pool Operator License (or obtain within 90 days after hire)Capability to operate in environments that utilize chemicals for pool and cooling tower maintenanceWhat you'll get in return$80K- $85K per year based on experience, enjoy an excellent benefits package, and use facilities at no cost as an employee.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
