The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.What you will be doing as a Manufacturing Project Engineering Manager:Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Lead a small 3 person engineering team to ensure project objectives are met.Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, management, and cross-functional teams, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations and adhere to project specifications.Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovation initiatives to enhance project efficiency, quality, and profitability.Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including design documents, engineering drawings, and project reports, to facilitate project tracking and knowledge transfer.What you will need as a Manufacturing Project Engineering Manager:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field.
