FirstFourStaffing is assisting a client in south Louisiana with their need for a Production Program Manager.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.This position is responsible for leading new vessel construction strategies and activities including:Ensure production budgets are on targetCoordinate and monitor efforts of production & subcontract craftsTrack material/receiving ordersDevelop and monitor completion & delivery schedulesServe as main contact with owners rep on production aspects of the projectExperience/Knowledge/Skills8 years of experience in a shipbuilding or related manufacturing fieldProduction planning/schedulingShipbuilding practices and relative craft specific processesAnalyze and interpret blueprints and production drawingsSupervision of production teamUSCG , regulatory requirementsWord, Excel, and Power PointProblem solving, multi-tasking skills
