As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in architecting and developing innovative solutions to enhance our dynamic OTT streaming platform. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive the evolution of our cutting-edge technology stack. Responsibilities:·      Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust software solutions for video streaming and ad tech applications.·      Architect and develop backend systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and other modern technologies to optimize performance and reliability.·      Apply deep expertise in digital video broadcasting, ad insertion technologies, and DRM systems to drive innovation and efficiency in our platform.·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-impact projects on schedule.·      Utilize cloud services, particularly AWS, to deploy and manage infrastructure components, and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process.·      Design and optimize databases, such as MongoDB, and caching solutions like Redis, to support high-volume data processing and real-time analytics.·      Serve as a technical leader and mentor for junior engineers, providing guidance, support, and expertise to foster their professional growth.·      Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancements to maintain code quality and scalability.·      Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our platform remains at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications:·      Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.·      10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on video streaming or ad tech solutions.·      Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend technologies.·      Deep understanding of digital video broadcasting, ad insertion technologies, and DRM systems.·      Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.·      Proficient in databases like MongoDB and caching solutions like Redis.·      Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.·      Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives. We're committed to creating a dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion and represents employees across a variety of skill sets.
