Duties:You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to drive high levels of productivity and employee engagement.Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives, ensuring technology initiatives support and enhance business processes and goalsCommunicate strategy to personnel, operations, and leadership to ensure alignmentGrow the breadth and depth of department expertise to meet short and long-term company objectivesServe as champion for the management, governance, and quality of data as well as for vendor relationshipsMaintain ongoing knowledge of industry trends and ability to utilize that knowledge to determine the most efficient ways to meet business needsRegularly engage with leadership to foster trust and cultivate strong relationshipsServe as trusted advisor across the business, providing strategic guidance and insights on technology-related matters.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software applications of corporate and site locations.Oversee hardware and software deployment management.Ensure capabilities are in place to protect sensitive information and system-crucial dataLead overall Application management.Lead overall assessment & mitigation of IT risks.Oversee planning and managing disaster recovery.Establish and enforce IT security policies for data access, devices, incident response, and other security challenges to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, evaluating their potential impact on the business and making recommendations for adoption with best practices.Responsible for preparing and presentation of the global technology budget. Coordinating with appropriate company leaders on IT budget allocations.Responsible for budgeting and calculating the ROI of IT systems and risk management.Requirements:10+ years of progressive experience, with proven track record of successBachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline is required.Technical certifications a plus (i.e., PMP, ITIL, CISSP)Ability to think and plan both strategically and tacticallyProven track record of driving strategic IT initiatives and delivering measurable business results.Budget management skillsTechnology team leadership experienceCurrent with technology innovation trends, applying value-add solutions with the highest ROIStrong interpersonal & communications skills with the ability to adapt to change.Extensive knowledge of server and networking technologiesExperience with various software application, hardware and operating systems. Yardi experience a Plus
