Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:CCAI Solution Architect who has passion for driving cutting edge Conversational AI technologies to enhance customer experiences. Should be able to lead architecture, strategy, and design to deliver innovative Conversational AI solutions.In this role you will own solution design, provide technical leadership and guidance through the development lifecycle, you will collaborate with the business and technical teams, you will conduct quality standards and be responsible for comprehensive documentation. You are the one who sets the direction, you anticipate what lies ahead and you understand challenges both operationally and technically thus mitigating future problems or delays. You have consulted end to end on Conversational AI engagements. Your experience enables you to approach projects with a structured methodology, foresee pitfalls, and speak to leading practices. You are passionate about implementation but comfortable communicating and presenting solutions to client stakeholders.Ownership of architecture, design, and implementation for client projects to develop AI-based Conversational Interfaces.Lead customer roadmaps and technology assessments.Status reports.Software migration management.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 5 or more years of experience as a solution architect and or technical lead with Contact Center Technology.Experience working in an Agile development environment.Experience gathering business and technical requirements as well as solution development.A point-of-view of the AI technology stack from leading AI services providers (Google Dialog flow (preferred), IBM Watson Assistant, Amazon Lex, Nuance Mix, and/or other NLU platforms).Experience optimizing NLU performance based on production data.Experience building complex, multi-turn, semantically driven, intent-based applications.Understanding of intent classification, entity extraction, conversation flows, and NLP training principles.Excellent communication skills and experience working with Clients.Our client is a leading IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
