For more information, visit .Have you got what it takes to succeed The following information should be read carefully by all candidates.Job SummaryThe IAM Engineer is responsible for the engineering and development function supporting the creation and maintenance of Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, architecture and standards that deliver enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management services for internal and external customers. Works closely with Enterprise Architects and other technical partners to drive work across the security horizontal pillar and provide an aligned strategy. Partner with engineering, program management and operations personnel within the service delivery organization to implement changes to process and technology. Provides subject matter expertise on the area of Identity and Access Management (IAM) including risk, architecture, protocols, processes, and governance. Essential Job FunctionsPartner with Enterprise, Technical, and Application Architects teams in integrating new technology products within Identity and Access ManagementSupport architecture and design of Microsoft centric hybrid identity governance solutionManage IAM deployments from lower environments through productionWork with internal clients supporting requirements analysisProvide timely reporting and escalation of issues and risksAnalyze business processes and existing technology solutionsDevelop test cases and test plans for Microsoft IAM solutionsManage system availability, recovery, and business continuity Manage all aspects of Identity Governance functions including Provisioning, Certification, Reconciliation, Reporting, Roles and SODProvide documentation, knowledge transfer, and training as necessaryPerformance tuning of IAM systems for optimal performance Maintain version control of code base using best practices and software development lifecyclesWork with vendors to remain current on Microsoft and IAM tools, technology, and methodologyMonitor IAM systems to ensure delivery of IT security standards, implementation of best practices, adherence to security architecture, and the overall security of enterprise dataPeriodically test and evaluate IAM Security controls and techniques to assure compliance with policies. Research, design, and advocate new IAM technologies, architectures and security products that will support security requirements for the enterprise and its customers, business partners, and vendorsWork with vendor to provide support to identify and resolve product issues during deployment, configuration, and integration activitiesReview security reports and investigate possible security exceptions, updates, and maintain and document security controls.Develop business-relevant metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Identity Management programLead projects to integrate IAM technologies with business systems, including the development and maintenance of custom application provisioning integrations, etc.Lead and supervise the technical activities of IAM support personnel and administratorsDuties, responsibilities, and activities may be assigned or changed from time to timeMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems (or related degree), or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in the IAM field and/or software development with a minimum of 1 year in Microsoft AD, ADFS, Entra ID, and Azure B2CStrong development or scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Azure Logic Apps and Functions)Strong understanding of Windows, Azure, and Microsoft 365 technologies Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment and to respond calmly and rationally to changing aspirations in a deadline-driven situationStrong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss, and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verballyClear decision-making ability with the facility to judge complex situations and assess when to escalate issuesMust be detail oriented, outgoing, can balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritization and a pragmatic approach working with all levels of corporate personnelAbility to work non-traditional hours to support on call escalation issues to provide 24X7 service availabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environmentFlexibility to travel when required
