As an interim member, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues, providing detailed configuration support, and ensuring a successful rollout of Workday Payroll.Key Responsibilities:Utilize significant Workday payroll configuration experience to address and resolve complex issues.Provide detailed documentation and training to support both payroll and HR departments.Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent collaboration abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex modeling tasks, Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Workday HCM (HR) in addition to Workday Payroll.Previous exposure to organizational change management within a dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in situations involving conflict and change.A servant heart approach, focusing on problem-solving and driving results.
