This is a Full-Time position and work location is in Atlanta, GA.Responsibilities:·Provide both business insights from Digital Analytics and reporting support to stakeholders, product teams and end users throughout the organization.·Uncover insights using Adobe Analytics Analysis Workspace and communicate findings through data storytelling into decks to be presented to mid and senior business stakeholders.·Distil complex analytical insights into summarized recommendations.·Conduct discovery and clarify measurement requirements with stakeholders.·Think out-of-the-box to solutions that address client problems or opportunities.·Troubleshoot analytics discrepancies through reporting.·Help maintain documentation in support of analytics solutions.·Appetite and ability to learn on the job as required.Requirements: ·Bachelors degree in quantitative discipline or equivalent working experience.·Total 1 to 2 years of total work experience.·Marketing backgrounds must have inclination towards math, data, or be curious about the inner workings of how to leverage databases for insight generation.·Skilled in Adobe Analytics, and knowledge of Analysis Workspace.·Strong at developing insights and presentations with analytics data·Comfortable with presenting to senior level audience.·Desire to learn and ultimately understand the digital data collection process and how it impacts reporting.·Experience triaging technical problems and communicating issues to technical teams·Computer and internet savvy.·Advanced at Excel formulas including but not limited to VLookups, SumIFs, Tables Formats, Conditional Formatting.·Strong presentation and communication skills.·Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both IT and Business stakeholders in English.·Experience managing and delivering Analytics projects.Preferred:·Knowledge about managing projects using an Agile framework, preferably in Jira.·Familiarity with Adobe Analytics concepts such as eVars, props, events.·Familiarity with industry practices for tracking digital marketing campaigns.·Knowledge of Adobe Analytics data ingestion and export concepts such as tagging, Classifications, Data Feeds, and Data Warehouse extracts.Benefits:·401(K) matching (after 6 months of employment)·Dental Insurance·Health Insurance·Life Insurance·Paid time off·Short Term and Long Term Disability·Voluntary Vision Insurance
