As a key member of our sales force, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and exceed revenue targets. Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Responsibilities:Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social selling.Develop a deep understanding of client needs and pain points related to IT staffing.Consult with clients to identify the best talent solutions for their temporary, contract, or direct-hire positions.Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor.Present and negotiate staffing solutions, effectively communicating the value proposition.Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to placement, ensuring client satisfaction.Partner with CRi recruiters to identify the most qualified talent available.Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and goals.Maintain a strong understanding of the IT job market and emerging trends.Collaborate with internal teams (recruiting, account management) to ensure a seamless client experience.Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales strategies.Qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing or a related field.Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.Strong understanding of the IT industry and various IT specializations.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients.Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structure.Comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, dental, vision, etc.).Opportunity for career growth and development within a dynamic company.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
