Waste and recycling companies use Navusoft to eliminate the casual commitment to service standards, inefficient operations, poor care of assets, inaccurate billing, outdated connectivity, and other issues that hamper a company's ability to grow their business. Navusoft provides technology tools to transform the service delivery of a traditional waste vendor into a modern, growing, customer service centric operation. The RoleNavusoft is looking for a Systems Architect to contribute to the design of our growing platform. As a systems architect at Navusoft, you will play a pivotal role in designing, documenting, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions for our customers. Your expertise will encompass analyzing complex business requirements, translating them into clear and concise specifications, and coordinating with the team on implementing these enhancements. This role is primarily remote work. Other Responsibilities Include:Work closely with the chief technology officer, product owners, and engineering to create loosely coupled connections between various application components.Communicate complex concepts and workflows in a way that is engaging and understood by users at various technical levels.Fortify best practices in terms of application architecture, development cycle, release engineering, and quality control.Collaborate with product, training, and implementation teams to ensure the user experience meets or exceeds customer needs.Troubleshooting and resolving software issues reported by customers and other employees. All Applicants ConsideredAt Navusoft, we recognize that we are only as strong as our people.
