Duration: Full Time - Direct HireApply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.Job Description:· The Transmission Engineer position holds the responsibility for the safe, reliable, and economic round-the-clock operation of the electric transmission system.· Duties include engineering responsibilities for the design, construction, maintenance, and operation activities of our electric transmission lines, producing design packages for electric transmission.· Capital projects required to ultimately provide service and increased reliability to our customers, generating project estimates & schedules, participating in root cause analyses, studying encroachment cases, developing & managing contracts for labor and materials, making site visits to monitor construction activities, and other engineering activities as they arise.· Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field from an ABET accredited four-year college or university.
