This person will ensure these test environments meet the needs of both releases and independent projects by coordinating hardware and software updates. This requires solid technical, written, and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver and a good communicator, eager to find ways to help in the creation and deployment of quality-solid software.This is a Hybrid Position requiring 3 days in the office (Monday-Wednesday) in Orlando, FL.How You'll Shine:Overall ownership of non-production release environments.Partnering with project teams and Infrastructure Architecture to finalize environment requirements during planning.Identifying environment risks and escalating application issues preventing testing.Maintaining schedules for the use of environments and coordinating sharing among projects.Managing schedules and communications for patching, infrastructure/middleware deployment, configuration requests, and Performance Test requests.Acting as the first point of triage for all environment-related defects, executing environment smoke tests, and analyzing failures.Communicating and driving the resolution of defects by working with testers, developers, and infrastructure owners.Troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis of issues.Measuring and reporting on environment availability metrics and implementing process improvements.Ensuring compliance with the deployment process and managing environment updates with current production data snapshots and source code.Working with other organizations to secure resources for non-production release environments.Managing and documenting the details of each environment.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems is a plus.Excellent troubleshooting skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage relationships with various organizations and individuals across IT.Capable of multitasking and rebalancing priorities.Committed to results and meeting requirements.Demonstrates the ability to leverage Microsoft Excel, Word, Jira, MS Teams, and AppDynamics.Experience with automation script execution such as Selenium.Project coordination and/or configuration management experience is a plus.
