This person will be supporting the Epic Resolute application working under a team of sr level analysts, this person will configure, build & install the application. General responsibilities include:Responsibilities:Configure, support, and maintain the Professional Billing (PB) module within the Epic Resolute application.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of billing processes.Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.Provide expertise in billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, and revenue cycle management.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, claims, and charge routing.Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and optimize system functionality.Write documentation specifications and analyze results to propose solutions.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to professional billing.
