Collaborating closely with the Service Operations Manager, you'll pave the path to outstanding outcomes and foster the growth of the company.Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Responsibilities:Spearhead and oversee the successful delivery of impactful technology projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are completed on schedule.Drive the design of technical solutions, strategizing to address significant projects affecting both internal infrastructure and Partner IT.Uphold performance standards and regulatory requirements, fortifying systems against vulnerabilities, and collaborating with diverse teams to tackle service issues and operational needs.Cultivate the growth of Professional Services and Internal Technology teams, nurturing both their technical prowess and interpersonal skills through evaluations and training.Champion the adoption of cloud-based technology solutions by orchestrating data center initiatives and requirements, while implementing standardized technology stacks and services.Guarantee the seamless operation of internal platforms like SharePoint, Teams, and designated reporting tools.Maintain comprehensive documentation of partner interactions, technical resolutions, and compliance adherence within Professional Services.Coordinate and oversee the on-call schedule in collaboration with the Service Operations Manager.Qualifications & Experience:5+ years in Managed Service Provider (MSP) roles, with a primary focus on Technical Management and supervision.Proficient in managing Data Center operations, administering Windows server and desktop environments, overseeing Cisco network administration, managing VMware ESXi, and administering MS365 Exchange Online.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, adept at resolving conflicts, and remains receptive to fresh ideas.Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Possesses outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously within a demanding environment.
