JOB - Electrical DrafterDo not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.LOCATION - Brooklyn, NYTERM - PermanentSALARY- $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)My client - an Electrical Contractor working predominantly in the Residential and Commercial sectors are on the lookout for an Electrically qualified Engineer to join the team and work on the delivery of Electrical Drawings.The ideal candidate will have experience draughting or designing for Electrical Layouts using both AutoCAD and Revit.Those with experience in full project lifecycle work across Residential and Commercial sectors will be of particular interest.The Electrical Drafter will ideally have the following attributes:BS in Electrical / Civil Engineering or similar.Industry experience of delivering Electrical Drawings, layouts and BOMs.Experience using both Revit and AutoCAD packages.Ability to conduct voltage drop, load and wire sizing calculations.Have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)The Electrical Drafter's role will involve:Creating workable Electrical layouts using both Revit and AutoCAD.Conducting conduit fill and voltage drop calculations, as well as wire sizing for Residential and Commercial properties.Working closely with project managers and providing technical advice during project delivery and installations.Ensuring compliance with directives and standards of systems throughout the Design process.Liaising with colleagues on other engineering tasks and projects as requiredFor more information about this Electrical Drafter role please apply, or email Jack Smillie on jsmillie@ who will be able to provide more details on the opportunity.Many thanks, Premier Group
