Responsibilities:Read on to fully understand what this job requires in terms of skills and experience If you are a good match, make an application.Collaborate with Talent Management to organize and conduct technology training for new hires, including lateral partners, summer associates, and fall associate classes;Provide individual coaching sessions for lateral partners to ensure smooth integration with the Firm's technology;Deliver training on core applications and productivity tools, as well as new system features during upgrades;Host post-rollout webinars to address common issues and boost user productivity;Offer one-on-one support as an escalation point from the IT Support Center;Coordinate with the Practice Innovation team as required;Manage new hire learning plans in UniversitySite and customize plans based on job roles;Develop and update role-specific training materials and job aids;Analyze Service Desk data and new hire feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement;Collaborate with Digital Learning Specialists on orientation eLearning modules;Stay updated on Firm's technology advancements;Arrange live Q&A sessions with relevant experts;Stay informed about adult learning strategies and trends;Work with other departments to pinpoint onboarding gaps and optimize technology usage;Support change management efforts related to technology upgrades.Requirements Skilled in leading interactive remote training sessions;Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written);Strong consultation and organizational skills;Innovative problem solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently;Collaborative and able to build credibility across all organizational levels;Capable of meeting tight deadlines.Bachelor's degree;Minimum 3 years of law firm technology training experience;Thorough understanding of adult learning techniques;High proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems;Quick to grasp new technologies used by legal professionals and others.
