Become employed through Akkodis and work on-site with our client.Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.Pay: $22-$35/hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factorsGeneral Responsibilities: Perform telephone/electric pole field route feasibility investigations, telephone/electric pole field data collection, data entry, and pole loading analysis.Please make sure to record proper data collection from field investigations according to Telco Department standards and quality required specifications.Escalate unresolved client issues to the supervisor.Maintain accurate records including time worked, daily logs, and gas sheets as required; properly record all required information on data devices and/or work orders.Possibly operate company vehicles safely and responsibly. Clean, maintain, stock, and secure assigned vehicles and equipment according to company policies.Utilize and become proficient with tasks, tools, test equipment, and information that will enhance project results.Adhere to industry-specific, local, state, and federal regulations as applicable.Required Experience: Ability to use personal computer and software applications.Ability to operate appropriate computer or field equipment associated with the position.Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).Experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation is preferred.Experience with Osmose O-Calc Pro is preferred.Candidate Description:We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses strong technical skills along with excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience using personal computers and software applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required while experience with AutoCAD, Microstation or Osmose O-Calc Pro would be advantageous. The ability to operate appropriate computer or field equipment is essential for this role. Strong communication skills are necessary for effectively escalating unresolved client issues.
