This will require a sound understanding of law firm finance workflows and needsWork on application implementations, upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and roadmaps;Provide direct oversight and management of various solutions as assigned;Act as subject matter expert for those systems and provide technical support, as needed; Ensure the health and stability of all solutions ownedProficiencies:Possess strong communication, organization, negotiation, critical thinking, and leadership skills as well as exceptional customer service and collaboration abilitiesAdvanced knowledge of multi-tier architecture including servers, databases, proxies, load balancing, trust/access rights, certificates, and integrationsAdvanced knowledge of Windows Server including IIS, services, scheduled tasks, logging, and configurationsQualifications:At least 2 years' Foundation experience and equivalent working with CRM solutionsAt least 7 years' of information technology experienceAt least 5 years' experience working with and supporting enterprise platformsAt least 3 years' of experience in a professional services or legal environment
