We are making a significant push to improve our internal technology and web team and we are looking for an experienced developer to be a key member and resource in moving this initiative forward. We are admittedly behind the times in technology and internal development, and we are building out the team to level us up.Are you a motivated, self-starter that likes to build new things and take a new approach to old systems? Are you experienced in .NET Core, ReactJS and building custom applications? Are you comfortable working in an agile environment with minimal requirements or technical documentation? Responsibilities include:Serves as a senior engineer and technical Subject Matter Expert for our ecommerce platform, internal technology systems and databases.Familiar and comfortable in an Agile, Scrum environment including active participation in Sprint ceremonies.Serves as primary support before, during and after production releases.Actively involved in the selection and/or architecture of tools for programming, debugging, testing, diagnostics, monitoring, operations, reporting, security and analysis.Participates in third-party system analysis to identify potential implementations and integrations.Drives the team's strategy on coding and technical architecture/infrastructure.Keeps up on industry trends and current technological standards, languages, coding techniques, utilities, and operational considerations.Build team culture by identifying and improving processes, engaging cross-functionally and coming up with modern solutions to existing challenges.Skills and Experience include:Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.At least 7+ years experience in software development, information systems, or equivalent technical environment, including previous experience in transactional or ecommerce environments.Experience leading development strategy or leading high-impact development projects end-to-end.Expert level proficiency with the following technologies:> C# with .NET Core> Service-oriented technologies such as API's, AJAX, SOAP and REST> HTML5, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery), AngularJS or ReactJS (React Preferred)Working knowledge of Relational Databases (SQL)Knowledge in setting up and maintaining Version ControlExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.Detail-oriented and takes a high level of ownership over their workExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with internal/external people at all levels including many non-technical.This is currently an on-site position at our Mesa, Arizona Corporate location.
