Insight Global is seeking a customer-focused self-motivated Systems Engineer (Sales) for voice and telecommunications customer to actively support customers and the sales team with their technical product and domain know-how to create technically feasible solutions.The Systems Engineer (Sales) is capable of designing solutions based on products capabilities and customer requirements. The Solution Architect understands customer technical requirements and defines solutions that accurately address those needs, presents technical solutions to customers, and prepares associated white papers and proposals. The Solution Architect will coordinate and collaborate with sales, offer management, engineering, project management, and product teams.Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Major Functional Areas and Description of Duties:Design technical solutions that solve customer problemsResponsible for solution costSecures input from required stakeholders within the customer's organization and adapts company solutions as necessaryDevelops solutions with the customer, the sales team, in coordination with product managementProactively assembles the technical solution required to address customer requirementsPrepares and delivers technical customer presentations and demonstrations articulately and confidentlyPrepares technical solution description and feasibility studiesAnalysis competitor solutions and provide vital input to our product teams to develop our solution furtherCoordinates closely with offer management and engineering to align solution design with customers' equirements and Frequentis standard offerings.Coordinates all information and project requirements to engineering and program management personnel for accurate implementationResponds to tender documents, writes proposals, reports, white papers and other documentsPrioritizes efforts based on maximizing team productivity and profitContributes actively to the definition of new product featuresQualificationsFour year college degree from an accredited institutionAt least 3 years of experience in similar roleStrong IT (hardware and software) technology backgroundAbility to learn array of company products, services and system architectures adequately to apply to customer goals and requirementsExcellent presentation and technical writing skillsDomestic and occasional international travel requiredPrior domain knowledge
