This pivotal role is centered around spearheading our Cloud Workforce Transformation project, with a keen focus on re-imaging laptops to the cloud within our bustling Contact Center environment. The ideal candidate will possess a profound expertise in Windows operating systems, imaging technologies, and cloud management services, underpinned by a robust background in client-facing consulting roles.Key Responsibilities:Cloud Integration and Management: Lead the charge in re-imaging and migrating existing laptop systems to cloud-based platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across our Contact Center operations.Technical Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Intune, and IGEL to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance system functionalities and user experiences.Project Execution: Play a critical role in the execution of the Cloud Workforce Transformation project, demonstrating exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.Consultation and Support: Provide unparalleled client-facing support and consultation, leveraging your extensive experience to offer strategic solutions and foster strong client relationships.Travel Requirements: Be willing and prepared to travel to our Spokane location as required by the project's needs, ensuring consistent and reliable support across multiple sites.Required Skills and Experience:Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in Windows operating systems, imaging processes, and cloud services (Intune, MECM, IGEL) is essential.Experience: A minimum of 8 years in client-facing consulting roles, with a strong emphasis on technical support, project management, and strategic problem-solving.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the capacity to navigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.Flexibility: Adaptability to changing project requirements and schedules, including the willingness to undertake travel as needed to meet project deliverables.
