Focus: Investigate and resolve issues associated with assembly automation, workstations, robotics, and automated equipment. Develop, test, and debug PLC and HMI programs to ensure reliability and safety in automation equipment. Troubleshoot hardware and process issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime. Oversee successful customer installations, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain adherence to quality and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Demonstrate proficiency in machine controls and mechanical aptitude. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with other duties as assigned. Skill Set: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent required. 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing, controls engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Adherence to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols. Ability to read and edit electrical and mechanical schematics. Experience with robotics, machining, assembly lines, and conveyors preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
