As an Senior Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with Aroris founders to build the SaaS product from the ground up. We are looking for someone who is a full stack expert and can lead the expansion of our data analytics platform based on React, GraphQL, and Next.js.To be considered for an interview, please make sure your application is full in line with the job specs as found below.Primary ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and test features in the Aroris web platform.Build out new features using React, GraphQL, and Next.jsManage deployments and environment migrationsPerformance test and optimize existing Postgres DB tables/queries and platform operationsGrowth Responsibilities/OpportunitiesWork closely with product managers and customers to define Aroris capabilitiesDesign and architect new system componentsManage a backlog of tech debt reduction and internal efficiency improvementsHelp build the engineering team as it growsQualifications5+ years in the tech industry as a full stack developerExperience building and maintaining a complex full-stack applicationExpert in principles of high-quality code, including continuous integration, declarative and functional programmingStrong communication skills for interfacing with non-technical stakeholders and occasionally with customers3+ years Experience with each of the core stackPostgres or other SQL based relational databasesNext.jsReactGraphQLCloud deployment/management (Vercel/Google Cloud)Well versed in agile and/or lean planning and project management processesNice to HavesExperience in EOS organizationsTech Architecture design experience
