We are looking for people that want to work with many environments and clients, while working with the cutting edge technologies.Clear Winds is looking for a Virtualization/System administrator. This person will be required to be proficient in virtualization, server, storage, Microsoft and Exchange technologies. It is desired that this person to be knowledgeable in the Microsoft technologies such as: Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, WSUS, Backups, SMS and server hardware. Optional knowledge in SQL server, Sharepoint, Citrix, etc. will be considered.This person will also need project management skills and be able to multi-task on different projects. Projects will include design, analysis, implementation, troubleshooting and tuning. A strong work ethic, communication skills and organizational skills a must. A willingness to take ownership of the project while prioritizing its purpose to serve the users is critical.Required Skills:VMware CertifiedStorage CertificationsMCSE with emphasis on ExchangeA Bachelor's degree is preferred and/or equivalent experience within a technology-based environment.5+ years of experience with virtualization and storage technology is required.Candidates must have the ability to design, implement, upgrade and troubleshoot simple and complex Microsoft and virtualization environments.Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Candidates desired to be proficient in Active Directory, Exchange, WSUS, SMS and other Microsoft technologiesCandidates must have the ability to design, implement, upgrade and troubleshoot simple and complex IT environments.Candidates must have the ability to multi-task and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Candidates must have the ability to communicate well with clients.Company DescriptionClear Winds Technologies is an IT solutions company that helps organizations of all types achieve their goals through the use of technology.
