The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the electrical aspects of the project while managing construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines. Focus: Lead and coordinate all phases of the project, from planning and design to execution and closeout. Facilitate progress meetings and other necessary discussions, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders. Prepare meeting minutes, review, and distribute submittals, RFIs, and maintain logs. Monitor and update the CPM schedule. Review and approve payment requests, support contract change evaluations, and negotiate as necessary. Oversee testing procedures, maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), review change orders, and work closely with the owner to coordinate track outages. Supervise project staff and interface daily with the client to address concerns and ensure alignment with project goals. Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, PE preferred. 10+ years of Project Management experience, with a focus on Design-Build projects. Railroad experience in sub-station, high voltage work required. Ability to oversee staff and interface daily with clients. Strong communication, multitasking abilities, and proactive collaboration skills, especially under pressure and across multiple projects.
